HOW TO MAKE SUYA
Marination:
Coat the meat generously with the suya spice mix and let it marinate for at least 1–2 hours, or preferably overnight, to absorb all the flavors.
Skewering:
Thread the marinated meat onto wooden skewers (soaked in water beforehand to prevent burning).
Grilling:
Grill the skewers over open flames or in an oven until the meat is juicy, tender, and slightly charred. Baste occasionally with oil for added moisture.
Serving:
Serve hot with extra suya spice sprinkled on top and a side of fresh vegetables. A picture of suya
