HOW TO MAKE SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS
Steps:
For the Meatballs:
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Form the mixture into small, round meatballs (about the size of a golf ball).
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the meatballs until browned on all sides (about 5-6 minutes). Remove and set aside.
For the Sauce:
In the same skillet, sauté the chopped onions until soft and translucent.
Add your tomato sauce (or marinara) to the skillet. Simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Place the browned meatballs into the sauce and let them cook gently, allowing the flavors to blend.
For the Spaghetti:
Boil water in a large pot, add salt, and cook spaghetti until al dente (usually about 8-10 minutes).
Drain the spaghetti, but save a small cup of the pasta water to loosen the sauce if needed.
To Serve:
Combine the spaghetti with the sauce and meatballs, or serve the spaghetti separately with the meatballs and sauce on top.
Garnish with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan cheese, and enjoy! A picture of spaghetti and meatballs
