HOW TO MAKE PIZZA
In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until the dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it's smooth.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1-2 hours until it doubles in size.
For the Toppings:
Ingredients:
Pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a mix)
Your favorite toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, onions, etc.)
Assembling and Baking:
Preheat your oven to 230°C (450°F). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.
Roll out the dough to your desired thickness and place it on a baking sheet or pizza peel lined with parchment paper.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle cheese generously on top, followed by your chosen toppings.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
