HOW TO MAKE PIZZA

    1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.

    2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until the dough forms.

    3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it's smooth.

    4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1-2 hours until it doubles in size.

For the Toppings:

  1. Ingredients:

    • Pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)

    • Cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a mix)

    • Your favorite toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, onions, etc.)

Assembling and Baking:

  1. Preheat your oven to 230°C (450°F). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.

  2. Roll out the dough to your desired thickness and place it on a baking sheet or pizza peel lined with parchment paper.

  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.

  4. Sprinkle cheese generously on top, followed by your chosen toppings.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
